March 26, 2025 - Graduation Fee/Graduation Form must be received by the NTS office. Forms and/or graduation fee payments received after this date will not be processed. Include complete credit card information when submitting the form or the form will not be processed. If you print and mail the form, you must either include complete credit card information or your check. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING REQUIRING A SIGNATURE - IT WILL NOT BE CLAIMED!

April 16, 2025 - All dissertations, ministry projects and assignments are due. Anything received after this date will delay your graduation until at least December 2025. THESE MUST BE EMAILED - DO NOT MAIL - THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!

***Graduation Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Do not complete this form if you are not certain you will be able to complete the degree program requirements and pay your account balance in full by the specified deadline. If you register for graduation and do not graduate, for any reason, the graduation fee will be forfeited. If you register to attend graduation and do not attend, for any reason, your degree will be shipped. Partial refunds are not available.***
