TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION - 1) STUDENT AGREEMENT MUST BE CURRENT 2) YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE CURRENT, AND 3) THE GRADUATION FEE MUST ACCOMPANY THIS FORM.
This form has expired. The June graduation form will be available in January.
THIS FORM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF: 1) the Graduation Fee is not included, 2) your Student Agreement is expired or will expire prior to October 25, 2023 3) your Student Account is past due or delinquent, 4) you have been enrolled for less than 3 full months, OR 5) this form is incomplete in any way.
GRADUATION DEADLINES (Extensions are Not Available - Do Not Inquire):
September 20, 2023 - Graduation Fee/Graduation Form must be received by the NTS office. Forms and/or graduation fee payments received after this date will not be processed. Include complete credit card information when submitting the form or your form will not be processed. If you print and mail your form you must either include complete credit card information or your check. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING REQUIRING A SIGNATURE - IT WILL NOT BE CLAIMED.
October 25, 2023- All dissertations, ministry projects and assignments are due. Anything received after this date will delay your graduation until at least June, 2024. THESE MUST BE EMAILED - DO NOT MAIL OR SHIP, THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED RECEIVED AND THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
October 25, 2023 - Account Balance must be paid in full. Payments received after this date will delay your graduation until at least June, 2024. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING REQUIRING A SIGNATURE - IT WILL NOT BE CLAIMED.
SHIPPING FEES:
Domestic Shipment :If your Degree will be shipped within the United States, the graduation fee is $160.00 USD. Degrees are scheduled to be shipped via Priority Mail by December 31, 2023
International Shipment: If your Degree will be shipped outside the United States, the graduation fee is $280.00 USD. This Fee is subject to change should the postal rates significantly increase. Degrees are scheduled to be shipped via Priority Mail by December 31, 2023.
***Graduation fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you register for graduation and do not graduate, for any reason, the graduation fee will be forfeited.***
Be certain to complete all Required Fields. If you miss a Required Field, the form will not be received for processing.
