GRADUATION DEADLINES (Extensions are Not Available - Do Not Inquire): 

September 17, 2025 -   Graduation Fee/Graduation Form must be received by the NTS office.  Forms and/or graduation fee payments received after this date will not be processed.  Include complete credit card information when submitting the form or your form will not be processed. If you print and mail your form you must either include complete credit card information or your check. Whether submitting online or via mail, the fee must accompany the form. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING REQUIRING A SIGNATURE - IT WILL NOT BE CLAIMED.

October 22, 2025- All dissertations, ministry projects and assignments are due.  Anything received after this date will delay your graduation until at least June, 2026.  THESE MUST BE EMAILED - DO NOT MAIL OR SHIP, THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

October 22, 2025 - Account Balance must be paid in full.  Payments received after this date will delay your graduation until at least June, 2026. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING REQUIRING A SIGNATURE - IT WILL NOT BE CLAIMED.

SHIPPING FEES:

Domestic Shipment :If your Degree will be shipped within the United States, the graduation fee is $190.00 USD. Degrees are scheduled to be shipped via Priority Mail by December 31, 2025

International Shipment:  If your Degree will be shipped outside the United States, the graduation fee is $285.00 USD. This Fee is subject to change should the postal rates significantly increase.  Degrees are scheduled to be shipped via Priority Mail by December 31, 2025.

***Graduation fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable.   Do not complete this form if you are not certain you will be able to complete the degree program requirements and pay your account balance in full by the specified deadlines.    If you register for graduation and do not graduate, for any reason, the graduation fee will be forfeited.***
