Your program currently gives you some flexibility in alternating a textbook.

Please review your degree program carefully. You do not have

to alternate any textbooks. However, currently certain degreee

programs may allow you the opportunity to alternate 2 - 3 textbooks.

Textbook alternates must be approved by committee. You must

use this form in making your textbook alternate request.  Please

review your  degree program in selecting textbooks and/or No Travel Seminars.
