Forms Submitted After October 10 are too late for December 09 Graduation. Please
fill out the form for July 16 - 17 Graduation which will appear on this site in January, 2010.

Please have all tuition paid by December 1, 2009 if you wish to graduate December 9, 2009. All Dissertations, Projects must be submitted by November 2, 2009. All seminar and textbook assignments must be submitted by November 13, 2009.

December, 2009 Graduation fee must be paid by October 10, 2009. This graduation form must be in our office by October 09, 2009.

If we are shipping your Degree within the United States the graduation/shipping fee is $110. If we are shipping Internationally the graduation/shipping fee is $135 USD.

Graduation fees are non-refundable.
