Master of Arts in Theology

Purpose:
Graduate program designed for personal theological growth.

 

Beginning May 1, 2009 each new student must complete eight courses.

Curriculum:
Eight textbooks are required from the following list. Two alternates may be utilized from any of the Theology or Biblical studies degree pages on this web site.

No Travel Seminars are optional. You may take up to four No Travel Seminars. Enjoy hearing a professor in your home via your computer,at your convenience.

Five core courses of Theology/Biblical studies are required.  You may take up to three electives chosen
from any of the pages of this site.

No Travel Seminars are an option. You may take up to four seminars to satisfy the requirements for this degree. Seminars are never required but are an option. Many of the seminars are Theological/Biblical studies and will satisfy requirements for this program. Any of the seminars will count as an elective. There is an additional cost per seminar course.

NTS expects a good ten to twenty page summary paper of each textbook for all degree programs. Typed, double-spaced, Font type
should be 10 - 12. Microsoft Word is preferred when emailing an attachment. If Microsoft Word is unavailable, assignments may be copied and pasted into the body of your email. Please review your paper for spelling and grammar errors before submitting.
