Master of Arts in Ministry

Purpose:
To enable the student to expand his/her academic and practical knowledge in ministry.

 

Beginning May 1, 2009 new students must complete eight courses in this program.

Degree Requirements: Forty hours or eight courses.
A Bachelor's degree from an approved school is required.
 (Eight five-hour courses constitute the forty hours). All course work may be emailed to schoolassignment@aol.com or mailed to the school address at:

Assignments mailed to the school should always be accompanied with a self addressed stamped envelope so that the work  and grade may be returned.

Curriculum:
Eight of the following books may be chosen. Your books may be ordered at one time, however, students are encouraged to take one course at a time. Each book constitutes five hours of credit or one course. The student may select two alternate texts from any page on this web site. March 2-2011

You must have five core Ministry courses. You are allowed up to three electives that may be chosen from
any page on this site.

No Travel Seminars are available. These classes are optional and not required. You can do the entire program with textbooks. You may use all No Travel Seminars for this program. The Ministry degree is the only degree tract that allows the student to utilize all seminars.  Enjoy a class in your home at your convenience via your computer.
A couple of times a year seminars are held in Indiana. Watch the Seminar page for all seminar details. You may also do part textbooks and part seminars. It's up to you.

Submit coursework via email or mail.  Email is faster.
Use Schoolassignment@aol.com  for submission of email coursework. This email address should also be used for submission of Doctor of Ministry projects and Ph.D. Dissertations.
NTS expects a good ten to twenty page summary paper of each textbook for all degree programs. Typed, double-spaced, Font type
should be 10 - 12. Microsoft Word is preferred when emailing an attachment. If Microsoft Word is unavailable, assignments may be copied and pasted into the body of your email. Please review your paper for spelling and grammar errors before submitting.
