Purpose:
To provide the student an overall education that is suitable for ministry preparation. This degree will acquaint the student with New and Old Testament studies as well as familiarize the student with Philosophy, Ethics, Evangelism, Pastoral Studies and Biblical Preaching along with opportunities for the student to select electives.

Degree Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree from an approved school, plus 90/hrs. (Eighteen five-hour courses constitute the Ninety hours). Curriculum:
Eighteen of the following books may be chosen. Your books may be ordered at one time, however, students are encouraged to take one course at a time. Each book constitutes five hours of credit or one course. The student may select up to four alternate textbooks from any page on this web site.

 

No Travel Seminars:  Enjoy a seminar at home.The seminar will be emailed to you. All seminars are
Optional and never required. The entire program can be completed by utilizing textbooks.
You may utilize up to six No Travel Seminars to complete this degree.

Please select a variety of 18 texts to be read. Please include at least one philosophy, one ethics, one evangelism and one preaching text.  You may also select four texts from the Elective page of this website or four electives from either of the other degree programs. The other texts should be from Old and New Testament reading.

NT 685 -  Introduction to New Testament Greek  (Enrollment is closed on this course until further notice).
Two texts required for this course:
1.  Basics of Biblical Greek, by William D. Mounce, ISBN-10: 0310287685 Hardcover 448 pages, 2009 edition
2.  Basics of Biblical Greek Workbook by William D. Mounce ISBN-10: 0310250862 Paperback 224 pages, 2009 edition

Each student will read the Basics of Biblical Greek textbook and complete the corresponding lessons in the Basics of Biblical Greek Workbook.  Each student is assessed on submitted assignments/lessons from the Greek workbook.
Completed workbook assignments/lessons are to be digitally scanned and emailed one-at-a-time to
schoolassignment@aol.com.  (Parcel Post can be used, but please supply a self-address stamped envelop for returned assignments).  Once the assignment is graded and returned, then the student may proceed with the next assignment/lesson.  If you need assistance, please contact Dr. Brent Largent at 812.457.2683 or via email.

should be 10 - 12. Microsoft Word is preferred when emailing an attachment. If Microsoft Word is unavailable, assignments may be copied and pasted into the body of your email. Please review your paper for spelling and grammar errors before submitting.
