Master of Christian Education

Purpose:
The Master of Christian Education is an excellent degree program. This program is well suited for Ministers of Education, leaders in Christian education ministry and Christian school teachers, leaders, and those who want to direct programs pertaining to Christian education. 

 

Beginning May 1, 2009 new students must complete eight courses in this program.

Admission Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree

Degree Requirements: Forty hours or eight courses
Eight of the following courses are required. Each course is currently designated as a five hour core course study. Two alternate books may be suggested by the student via email, mail or phone. Approval for the two alternates must be approved before the student submits the course assignment.

Five core courses are required. You are allowed up to three elctives.You
 

No Travel Seminars are also available. No Travel Seminars are optional. These seminars give you the opportunity to enjoy a class in your home via your computer at your convenience.  You are allowed up to four seminars for this degree program.

Course assignment:
The Master of Christian Education student may complete this degree by completing 40 hours of study. Each textbook is designated as one course of study. The student is asked to submit a paper via email or mail with the following information on each book.

NTS expects a good ten to twenty page summary paper of each textbook for all degree programs. Typed, double-spaced, Font type
should be 10 - 12. Microsoft Word is preferred when emailing an attachment. If Microsoft Word is unavailable, assignments may be copied and pasted into the body of your email. Please review your paper for spelling and grammar errors before submitting.
